This little sunbird, glowing like a jewel, found its way onto my paper through the beautiful reference captured by Dr. Jairamchander Pingle. Translating that delicate balance of movement, light, and life into watercolours was both a challenge and a joy. Nature never fails to inspire, the vibrance of the reds against the soft greens, the elegance of the bird, and the quiet poetry of the moment… all came together in this painting.
