From lens to brush…
This painting is my interpretation of a beautiful moment captured in a
photograph by Dr. Mangal Parihar. While the camera sees every detail as it
is, my brush chooses what to feel, what to soften, and what to highlight.
I was drawn to the delicate blush pink petals, the gentle play of light, and
the quiet elegance of the buds waiting to bloom. In my version, I chose to
enhance the softness, add a dreamy background, and bring out the emotion
behind the scene rather than just replicate it. The water droplets, subtle
textures, and flowing colours are my way of telling the flower’s story in my
own language.
